The team at Beasley Cycles strive to meet and exceed your needs as a cyclist. We therefore understand that having the correct equipment for your cycling needs is essential.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from the John Beasley Cycles webstore you may return the goods to us in the manner specified in this policy within 30 days of delivery to you, for a full refund. If we receive a returned product more than 30 days after the product was delivered to you, John Beasley Cycles cannot accept the returned product and will not provide you a refund under this Return Policy, although you may have other rights, which are set out in the Terms. In the case of returns more than 30 days after the product was delivered to you, we will return the product to you at the same address that you specified in your initial order and we may charge you additional shipping costs.
Please take note of the following:
Any product that is damaged, washed or worn in any way, or is missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories, and/or manuals (i.e. any product not in “sellable” condition) cannot be accepted as a return.
John Beasley Cycles will not refund the shipping costs you paid for the initial purchase of the product. John Beasley Cycles will only refund the cost of the returned product, if it is deemed acceptable for return.
Products purchased on the John Beasley Cycles web store can only be returned direct to Beasley Cycles at the address specified below.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

"Can I exchange a product?"
Yes, we do exchange products. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for an exchange.
"Will you refund my shipping costs if I return my order?"
John Beasley Cycles will exchange the returned product, but we will not refund the shipping costs you paid for the initial purchase of that product.
Please note: Your refund will be processed as soon as the product you have returned is inspected by our senior staff members and it is confirmed that it fits within our Returns Policy. This quality check can take up to 1 week from receipt, however we endeavour to make it less. Once the return has been approved, it takes 1-2 days for the refund to be made by John Beasley Cycles to your payment services provider (for example your credit card issuer).
Please note that the time taken for a payment services provider to provide you with your refund can vary depending upon the provider.
If you would like to return any of your purchase(s) from your recent order, please fill out the form supplied in your package, with as much detail as possible, then include it with your return to John Beasley Cycles.
If the product is faulty /defective, please describe in the form the perceived fault or defect in as much detail as possible.
If you wish to make a return, please carefully follow the steps outlined below.
1. Ensure that the product is in original condition and not damaged, washed or worn and that packaged item(s) are in original packaging and well-sealed. All items that were sent with the order must also be returned i.e. tags, manuals/instructions etc.
2. Fill out the Return Form with as much detail as possible and include the form with the item.
3. Log onto the Australia Post returns portal (accessible here: https://returns.auspost.com.au/John Beasley Cycles) and complete the online form as required. All returns must be shipped using the shipping labels generated from the Australia Post portal.
4. Drop your parcel to your local Australia Post Office or place in an Australia Post post-box.
Once your return(s) are received, we will complete the return as promptly as possible, subject to the return being made in accordance with this policy.

The 30-Day Refund offer applies to full-priced items only, which must be returned in a “sellable” condition (unworn, unwashed, with the tags still attached) and in the original unmarked packaging. It does not apply to defective items in respect of which you have other rights as set out in the Terms.
