The Scott Contessa Active 50 is a hardtail that is designed to be light, efficient and reasonably priced. It features a light Alloy Frame and comes fully equipped with a Suntour fork, perfect for those always on the go. The geometry of the Contessa Active adds a little bit of comfort to performance with a lower stand-over height and a more upright position. These frames are perfect for supporting you from your first pedal strokes and priced with a budget conscious mountain biker in mind.

Features
Geometry and Wheel Size: 4 different frame sizes, + 2 wheel sizes - 27.5” and 29” – and it adopts a specific geometry with a lower standover height to fit smaller riders.

Confidence and Comfort: The shorter top tube and higher head tube allow for a comfortable position allowing novice riders and MTB enthusiasts alike to gain the confidence of better stability and control.

Construction: Scott give the Active the same level of attention to detail as their most high end bikes. It is built to be efficient, easy to use and versatile at an attractive price point with a great design. It has built in mounts for racks, fenders, a bottle cage and kickstand.
